Our founder, Daniel Disney, was raised by his grandparents, Joseph and Eleanor Pascual, who spent their lives serving families across the state. Their work in building one of Arkansas’s most established caregiver referral agencies shaped Daniel’s early understanding of what dependable care should look like. Their example set the standard for the values we carry today: clear communication, consistency, and a genuine commitment to helping families feel supported at home.

Always Home Caregiving was later shaped by Daniel’s late wife, Katie, whose influence remains central to how we operate.
