Always Home Caregiving was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves compassionate, reliable care for their loved ones in the comfort of home. That belief was shaped by the people who guided and inspired me throughout my life, my grandparents, Joseph J. Pascual Sr. and Eleanor Pascual, and later, my late wife, Katie Disney. Their influence continues to live at the heart of everything we do.
The Foundation: Joseph and Eleanor Pascual
From the age of four, I was lovingly raised by my grandparents, Joseph and Eleanor, who instilled in me the values of family, service, and perseverance. Joseph dedicated his life to serving families across Arkansas. As President and co-owner of Superior Senior Care, he helped build what became the largest caregiver referral agency in the state. He worked with his secretary/ business partner, Rita H. Joseph’s vision, leadership, and unwavering dedication guided the agency’s success and helped shape the caregiving landscape across Arkansas.
Together, Joseph and Eleanor taught the importance of compassion, hard work, and integrity. These lessons remain the cornerstone of Always Home Caregiving.
Carrying the Torch: Katie Disney
Years later, when Always Home Caregiving was born, it was shaped and strengthened by the vision of my late wife, Katie. Katie’s passion, strength, and compassion helped lay the groundwork for what our organization has become. She believed deeply in serving others and in providing families with peace of mind through dependable, compassionate caregivers.
Though Katie passed away in 2024, her spirit continues to guide our mission. Always Home Caregiving stands as a living tribute to her legacy, built on kindness, strength, and the belief that families should never feel alone in their caregiving journey.

Though Joseph, Eleanor, and Katie are no longer with us, their influence remains woven into every part of our mission. Every caregiver we connect and every family we support is a reflection of the values they lived by: love, dignity, perseverance, and service.
