Pat Reeves was born in Orange County, California. She moved to Arkansas in 1974 and grew up in Saline County, where she attended Bryant High School. Pat has always been employed in some sector of the medical field, continuously advocating for children, individuals with special needs, and seniors. She worked at Timber Ridge Ranch, a neurorehabilitation facility, for more than 15 years. There, she worked with individuals, both children and adults, recovering from traumatic brain injuries. She then moved to the administrative role to manage and maintain the safety, regulatory, and compliance programs. Pat is grateful for that experience and feels it has better prepared her to move into the home care industry. Pat began her journey with “In Home Care” 11 years ago and has recently joined the team at Always Home Caregiving.
Pat has been happily married for 43 years, has 2 children, and 5 grandchildren. Her family is her life. Her warmth, compassion, and knowledge make her an amazing manager and an excellent asset to any family in need of assistance.
